SHIPPING POLICY
Local delivery available direct to your door!
Our delivery area is limited to the Central & South Okanagan area. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your location and availability.
$25 minimum order, or a $5 delivery charge is applicable. Outlier areas may be subject to additional charges.
We are unable to ship our products at this time.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us for resolution at: scoots-shoots@telus.net
Due to the nature of our product, we can only guarantee its freshness for 5 days post harvest, when stored and handled properly.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash or e-Transfer only at this time.
Contact us if you would like to pay by cheque.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
If you are in need of larger quantities, or scheduled deliveries, please contact us. We are happy to accommodate larger orders and work with you to create a successful relationship.
Please Note: we require a 14-day lead grow time for all new microgreen orders
